This year has been a great year for our organization! Our committee has done some great things for the community. We hosted our Annual Run for The Gold 5k race in March of 2023 which all proceeds support The Montgomery Community Fund. It was a very successful race! We celebrated our Grand Marshals (The Farmers) with a really fun reception at THE FARM and in our annual St. Pat’s Ramble Parade. We also provided our (2) annual $1,500 Scholarships to a male and female VC Varsity athlete at VC High School.🏈🥍🏐.
With the support of Copperfield’s Pub and this years Title Sponsors, Duvall Construction & Blue Line Home Inspections along with the help of local sponsors we had the opportunity to host our 1st brewery tour in the summer as a fundraiser for our Parade. It was such a huge success, that we hosted a 2nd one which was holiday themed. We continued to host our monthly Trivia nights with some awesome breweries. At our November trivia night, we collected canned goods for the Montgomery food pantry and in December we held a toy drive for local children in our community. We approved a grant to assist our local Veterans for their annual luncheon. Lastly, we supported our local churches, DPW, Police Dept. & Fire Dept!
